If you are having any problem of the technical nature with PractiSearch, please contact our support. All questions are answered as quickly as possible.

If you have encountered an unknown system or error message when working with PractiSearch, please attach a screenshot of such message to your mail. Making a screenshot of an error message is easy and fast - just press Alt+PrintScreen on your keyboard when the error message is displayed. The screenshot is now in the clipboard. The next step is to paste it into Paint or other graphics editor and save as a .jpg or .gif file to reduce the file size.
